The Ragdoll cat breed, although having a fairly long coat, it is a single coat which requires minimal grooming.

These are very big, sturdy cats with proportionate legs

Behavior 

Ragdoll cats love to follow you around and are so named because they go limp in your hands. They are very calm and quiet but also playful and affectionate. They will take a lot of affection and snuggles for hours.

Health 

They can have different coloured eyes and can often be deaf on the blue side. You should be careful where you get a Ragdoll cat from otherwise it could have problems with urinary issues.
